Jaclyn M. Millin

Jaclyn was raised in Conneaut Lake and attended Conneaut Lake High School. She attended Allegheny College earning a B.A. in Political Science. During her third year of law school, Jaclyn clerked for Federal District Court Judge George. C. Smith in the Southern District of Ohio. Jaclyn graduated from Capital University Law School in 2019 and returned to Conneaut Lake to serve the community in which she grew up.

Admitted to Bar: 2020, Pennsylvania; 2023, Federal District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania. 

Education: Allegheny College (B.A., Alden Scholar, 2016); Capital University (J.D., CALI Award in Mediation Clinic, 2019).
